So this live-action version is one of the most anticipated film for me. First of all the trailers are not do justice to the film. I really enjoyed it. The film is really funny and also the bond between aladdin and genie is very good. If you just forget about the original version and don"t constantly compare this two then this is a very good film. Meena masood as aladdin is very good. Also i like the zafar because he is now more political and also he has a little bit of back story. Also you have to remember that bad guys don"t always look like bad guys. That worked in the original version because that was a animated version. Naomi scott as jasmine is awsome. Very confident. Will smith also as genie is very charismatic and charming. He did not try to imitate Robin Williams. So i like his portrayals. Honestly i like his "human form" over the "blue form" because i did not like the CGI. In this version some changes are made and i think they are really good and really worked. Also there has been few new songs and that sounds great. specially "Arabian Nights. Speechless. Naomi scott has a beautiful singing voice. I say that if you watch this please don"t compare this to the animated version. I don"t say that this is a perfect film but i say that the film is getting so much hate because it constantly compared with the animated version. Also this time genie gets a love story and live his life and that i very much adored.

I enjoyed the movie, but it sort of annoyed me how they effectively trash-talked Pennywise to death. And was it really necessary to make Ritchie gay and in the closet. Sorry guys, I read the comments and I"ll be the only one to say, the movie was stupid & slovenly. The big ending - more like a punchline than the revelation meeting with the head witch - which was laughable. Comon, you can almost see the zippers in her ugly suit. The music was decent, but other than that, totally lazy & predictable writing with no twist, no plot. A major disappointment.

Who else just wanted to jump in the scream and give Eddie a hug????. This scene alone is better than the entirety of IT: Chapter 2. "IT 2" It"s a troublesome film, young director Andy Muschietti tries to follow in the footsteps of his predecessor, but ends up making a redundant, indirect, weak and boring movie, a work that tries to be too grand and gets lost in its own ostracism.
For starters, in terms of routers <(no spoilers)> the movie is different from the book and is not much longer than the range of its characters, it is almost 3 hours of film that is not developed in depth with any characters, and keep searching a comic flush that doesn"t work with adult characters, or the movie further fails to develop Pennywise"s story and gives yet another chance for a drama by creating couples, unnecessary scenes, silly cores and when to use after the clown and his History, a solution is silly and childish is qualified as overturned, and if you no longer have problems, we have a third act that is super gestured, leaving the long nauseating.
Technically, the movie is good, but it has problems, or the CGI of movies, although average, works very well, but with the passing of the film and overuse of effects, gets louder and less scary, the same happens. As with the direction, the excesses of jumping are very scary, but they have a great mix and sound editing, good costumes and makeup, as well as a simple but good ambiance and art direction.
The cast spends a lot of time excited as it happens in the first movie, the following remain for Bill Skarsgard and the smallest for James McAvoy and Bill Hader, although all play their part, some with less charisma like Jay Ryam, but they work.
